Smart Institute is looking for a Field Executive to promote educational programs and courses through field marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for visiting educational institutions, conducting marketing campaigns, generating leads, and supporting course sales through effective communication and counselling.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

📢 Promote institute courses and educational programs through field marketing

🏫 Visit schools, colleges, and educational institutions to generate leads

🗣️ Provide education counselling and explain course details to students

📊 Conduct surveys and maintain records of marketing activities

🤝 Support educational sales and convert leads into admissions

📋 Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and programs

🚶 Perform field work and coordinate with the marketing team for promotions

🧩 Eligibility Criteria:

Age: 18 – 45 years

Gender: Both genders allowed

Education: 10th or Below 10th

English: No English

Experience: Freshers can also Apply

Shift: Day (Full Time)

💰 Salary & Benefits:

Fixed Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 (Based on experience & skills)

Incentive: Up to ₹5,000 (Based on performance)
