Floor Operations Manager

We're Hiring: Floor Coordinator (Surat)📍 Location: Surat, Gujarat (Full-time at our vendor's jewellery manufacturing facility)

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 in-hand per month

🕘 Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About KuberBoxKuberBox is a Jaipur-based, internet-first fine jewellery brand specializing in BIS-hallmarked gold jewellery and certified natural diamonds. We design and deliver thousands of lightweight, made-to-order jewellery pieces across India through our technology-driven D2C platform.

We are looking for a Floor Coordinator who will be stationed full-time at our manufacturing partner's factory in Surat. This is a high-responsibility, high-trust role where you'll represent KuberBox on the production floor and ensure every order moves smoothly from manufacturing to dispatch.

• What You'll Do1. Production CoordinationAct as the single point of contact between KuberBox's Jaipur office and the vendor's production team.
• Follow up on production schedules and ensure priority orders are completed on time.
• Track every order through different stages of manufacturing.
• Provide real-time production updates to the Jaipur team via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email.
• Resolve day-to-day coordination issues to keep production moving efficiently.
• 2. Raw Material IssuanceIssue diamonds, coloured gemstones, and jewellery findings from inventory against individual customer orders.
• Bag and hand over the correct materials for each order with complete accuracy.
• Maintain precise records of weights, quantities, and issuances.
• Ensure zero errors while handling valuable gemstones where even a small decimal difference can significantly impact value.
• 3. Quality Control & DispatchServe as the first quality checkpoint before products leave the Surat factory.
• Verify every jewellery piece using predefined product-specific quality checklists.
• Inspect specifications such as:
• 
  
• Wire gauge
• Rhodium finish (White/Rose)
• Inner diameter
• Product dimensions
• Stone placement
• Other manufacturing specifications
• Sign off each checklist before dispatch.
• Coordinate packaging and logistics for all parcels sent from Surat to our Jaipur office.
• 4. Systems & DocumentationWork daily on KuberBox's ERP and internal technology platforms.
• Coordinate using vendor-side software and tracking systems.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records.

• Quick learner with strong aptitude for software and systems.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• High integrity and honesty, as you'll handle valuable diamonds and gemstones daily.
• Comfortable communicating through WhatsApp, phone calls, and email.

Languages required:

• Hindi
• Gujarati
• Basic English
• Jewellery, gemstone, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of jewellery CAD is an added advantage.
