Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist cum Telecaller who can manage front desk operations while also handling outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage front desk operations, including handling inquiries and directing visitors
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
- Make outbound calls to clients/customers for follow-ups, inquiries, or promotions
- Maintain records of calls and visitor logs
- Handle basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, scheduling appointments)
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication
- Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, telecaller, or similar role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in customer service or sales calling
- Ability to handle multiple calls efficiently
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
