Job Description
Job Title: Injection Moulding Machine Operator
Location: Surat, Gujarat
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Injection Moulding Machine Operator to run and monitor machines efficiently while ensuring consistent product quality. The candidate will be responsible for machine operation, basic troubleshooting, and maintaining production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
● Operate injection moulding machines as per production requirements
● Set basic parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time) as instructed
● Monitor machine performance and product quality during production
● Identify and report defects or irregularities
● Perform minor troubleshooting and adjustments
● Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished goods
● Maintain cleanliness of machines and work area
● Follow safety and operational guidelines at all times
Requirements:
● 1–3 years of experience in injection moulding machine operation
● Basic understanding of machine settings and moulding process
● Ability to identify product defects and quality issues
● Willingness to work in shifts
● Basic reading/writing skills (Hindi/English)
