Job Description
Job Title: Injection Moulding Machine Supervisor
Location: Surat, Gujarat
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Injection Moulding Machine Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, ensure machine efficiency, and maintain product quality. The candidate should have hands-on experience with injection moulding operations and the ability to manage shop-floor workers.
Key Responsibilities:
● Supervise day-to-day operations of injection moulding machines
● Ensure production targets are met efficiently
● Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot basic issues
● Maintain product quality as per specifications
● Manage and guide machine operators and helpers
● Ensure proper use of raw materials and minimize wastage
● Maintain production records and reports
● Follow safety standards and maintain discipline on the shop floor
Requirements:
● 2–5 years of experience in injection moulding operations
● Basic technical knowledge of moulds, machines, and materials
● Ability to handle manpower and coordinate production
● Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
● Basic reading/writing skills (Hindi/English)
