Insurance Sales Executive

We are hiring motivated and result-oriented candidates for the position of Field Sales Executive for Personal Accident (PA) Policy sales. The candidate will be responsible for meeting clients, explaining the benefits and features of PA policies, generating leads through field visits and personal references, and building strong customer relationships. The role requires regular market visits, customer follow-ups, and assisting clients with basic documentation and policy-related queries. Candidates should possess good communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills along with a professional and target-oriented approach. Prior experience in insurance sales, field sales, direct sales, or customer dealing will be preferred. The candidate should be confident in interacting with clients and willing to work in the field. Graduates are preferred; however, candidates with relevant sales experience and good communication skills may also apply. This is a full-time field sales position with growth opportunities in the insurance sector.
