Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, biometric devices, CCTV, routers, switches, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity.
• Ensure all office systems remain operational with minimum downtime.
• Maintain inventory of all IT assets.

Technical Support

• Provide first-level and second-level technical support to all employees.
• Resolve hardware, software, email, printer, and network-related issues.
• Install and update operating systems and licensed software.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty support.

System Administration

• Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts.
• Manage access permissions and user security.
• Perform periodic backups and restoration testing.
• Monitor server health and system performance.

Software & Applications

• Support Zoho One applications and internal business software.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot business applications.
• Coordinate with software vendors for issue resolution.
• Maintain software licensing compliance.

Network & Security

• Monitor firewall and antivirus systems.
• Ensure endpoint security across all devices.
• Maintain password policies and access control.
• Conduct periodic security audits and vulnerability checks.

Data Management

• Ensure regular backup of business-critical data.
• Maintain cloud storage and local backup systems.
• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Documentation

• Maintain IT asset register.
• Prepare SOPs for IT systems.
• Maintain issue logs and resolution reports.
• Document system configurations and network diagrams.

Vendor Management

• Coordinate with internet providers, hardware vendors, and software suppliers.
• Obtain quotations and recommend IT purchases.
• Track AMC and warranty renewals.

Preventive Maintenance

• Conduct periodic health checks of all IT equipment.
• Schedule preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure minimum downtime of IT infrastructure.
