Job Description

·        Record daily financial transactions in accounting systems.

·        Prepare and maintain financial documents such as invoices, bills, and receipts.

·        Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.

·        Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.

·        Help with tax preparation and audits.

·        Maintain proper filing of financial records.

·        Support senior accountants and the finance team with administrative tasks.

·        Handle GST-related work, including GST invoice verification, GST return data preparation, and maintaining GST records.

·        Assist in GST return filing such as GSTR-1,2B and  GSTR-3B, and reconciliation of GST data.

·        Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding GST

compliance and documentation.

·        Lead and guide junior team members in daily accounting tasks.

·        Monitor team work progress and ensure accuracy in financial entries.

·        Assist management in improving accounting processes and workflow.
