Job Description

The Labour Contractor cum Supervisor will arrange and manage manpower for daily production, packing, and material handling in the tile adhesive plant. He will supervise all labour activities, maintain discipline and safety, and ensure production targets are completed on time. He will coordinate with the Production/Plant Manager for manpower planning and smooth plant operations. He will also handle loading, unloading, and dispatch activities while preventing wastage and maintaining proper records.
