Job description:

  • Supervise and manage labour staff on daily operational activities.
  • Allocate duties and monitor worker performance and attendance.
  • Ensure proper handling, segregation, loading, and unloading of biomedical waste.
  • Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and operational efficiency at the workplace.
  • Ensure workers follow safety procedures and use PPE properly.
  • Coordinate with drivers, machine operators, and plant staff for smooth workflow.
  • Report manpower shortages, operational issues, or accidents to management.
  • Conduct basic training for labour staff on safety and hygiene practices.
  • Maintain attendance records and daily work reports.
