Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing shipment updates, coordinating with domestic and international courier partners, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from booking to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat.
- Provide accurate shipment tracking updates and delivery status.
- Coordinate with domestic and international courier partners regarding shipment issues.
- Assist customers with customs clearance requirements and documentation.
- Resolve delivery delays, lost shipments, damaged parcels, and return-to-origin (RTO) cases.
- Register and follow up on customer complaints until resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM/system.
- Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams for timely shipment processing.
- Inform customers about shipping charges, transit times, customs duties, and service options.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.
- Prepare daily reports and follow up on pending shipments.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language (preferred).
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or equivalent.
- Experience in logistics, courier, freight forwarding, or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

- Positive attitude and professional behavior.
- Ability to handle difficult customer situations calmly.
- Team player with strong organizational skills.
- Customer-first mindset and willingness to learn.
