We are looking for an experienced and responsible Order Manager / Merchandiser to handle complete order management and product coordination activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of the textile industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage orders from inquiry to dispatch while coordinating with internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Complete order management and coordination from order booking to delivery
✅ Handle product-related planning, follow-ups, and documentation
✅ Coordinate with production, dispatch, and sales teams for smooth order execution
✅ Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery to customers
✅ Maintain order records, reports, and customer communications
✅ Handle customer inquiries and provide order updates
✅ Support in-house sales activities and client relationship management
✅ Ensure quality standards and customer requirements are met
