Operation Executive

We are looking for a highly responsible and execution-focused Operations Executive to manage end-to-end operations at our manufacturing unit. This role is critical to ensure smooth dispatch, accurate invoicing, proper inventory control, and active customer coordination for repeat business and upselling.

Key Responsibilities

1. Dispatch & Logistics

• Plan and manage daily dispatch schedules

• Coordinate with transporters and ensure timely delivery

• Maintain dispatch records and tracking

2. Invoicing & Documentation

• Generate accurate invoices and e-way bills

• Ensure compliance with GST and documentation standards

• Maintain proper billing records

3. Inventory Management

• Track raw material and finished goods inventory

• Maintain stock levels and avoid shortages or overstocking

• Coordinate with production for material planning

4. Customer Coordination & Upselling

• Regularly communicate with customers for order updates

• Identify opportunities for repeat orders and upselling

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

5. Internal Coordination

• Work closely with production, accounts, and dispatch teams

• Ensure smooth workflow across departments

Requirements

• 2–5 years experience in manufacturing operations (steel/textile preferred)

• Strong understanding of dispatch, billing, and inventory

• Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, and e-way bills

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Comfortable with Excel and basic ERP systems
