Job Description

1. Production Planning & Scheduling

Convert sales orders / job cards into daily and weekly production plans

  • Align:
  • PCB availability
  • Component stock (with Purchase Manager)
  • Assembly capacity
  • Prioritize:
  • Urgent customer orders
  • Service/replacement units

Goal: Zero idle line + zero delay in committed deliveries



2. Shop Floor Execution (Core Responsibility)

  • Manage complete flow:
  • PCB → Assembly → Testing → Packing
  • Ensure:
  • Correct BOM usage
  • Proper soldering (reflow/hand soldering)
  • Assembly SOP adherence
  • Monitor line efficiency and operator productivity
  • 3. Quality Control Ownership (Not Just QC Team)Ensure:
  • AOI/visual inspection standards
  • Functional testing (ESP32 boards, communication systems)
  • Reduce:
  • Rework
  • Field failures

Work closely with QC for:

  • Root cause analysis (RCA)
  • Corrective actions
