Operation Executive

As an Operations Executive in a healthcare/home-care services company:

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of services (e.g. home-care, patient onboarding, coordination with hospitals/clinics, follow-ups, etc.). 

Manage scheduling of staff and resources — for example arranging nursing or home-care services, ensuring enough coverage, tracking/allocating resources as per demand. 

Handle patient/client interactions — respond to inquiries, address complaints or concerns, coordinate with patient’s family, ensure satisfaction. 

Maintain documentation and records — patient data, service logs, follow-up records, inventory of medical supplies (if applicable), compliance/quality records. 

Monitor and manage supply, inventory or logistics, if the company provides medical supplies or equipment — ensure availability and timely procurement as needed. 

Prepare reports — on operations performance, service delivery metrics, resource usage, client feedback/complaints, operational issues and improvements. 

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company’s standard operating procedures (quality standards, safety guidelines, ethics). 

Identify inefficiencies or process bottlenecks and work on process improvement — propose and implement changes to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
