Job Description – Packaging Staff (Female)

Position: Packaging & Team Lead – E-commerce Operations

Reports to: Business Owner

Responsibilities:

• Pack e-commerce orders accurately as per marketplace (Meesho/Flipkart/Amazon) packaging guidelines
• Supervise and manage packaging staff — assign daily tasks, monitor output, ensure attendance and discipline
• Sort orders by marketplace and prioritize based on dispatch cut-off times
• Ensure correct product, quantity, and invoice/label match before sealing
• Maintain packaging material stock (poly bags, boxes, tape, labels) and flag shortages in advance
• Report daily packed order counts and any discrepancies to management
• Train new staff on packaging SOPs

Job Description – Packaging Staff (Male)

Position: Packaging & Dispatch Executive – E-commerce Operations

Reports to: Business Owner

Responsibilities:

• Pack e-commerce orders as per marketplace packaging standards
• Operate heat press machine for applicable products (labeling/branding)
• Sort and organize orders by marketplace and shipping method
• Handle end-to-end dispatch — hand over to courier/pickup, ensure manifest matches packed orders
• Check labels, tracking IDs, and invoices are correctly attached before dispatch
• Maintain dispatch records and flag any pickup delays or courier issues same-day
• Keep packaging and heat press area organized and stocked
