Job Description
We are looking for a smart, professional, and proactive Personal Assistant to Director cum Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to the Director. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Front Desk Management:
· Welcome and assist guests, clients, and visitors professionally.
· Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
· Manage front desk operations and maintain a pleasant reception area.
· Coordinate appointments and visitor meetings.
Personal Assistant Responsibilities:
· Manage Director’s schedule, meetings, and calendar.
· Arrange travel, appointments, and meeting logistics when required.
· Prepare reports, correspondence, and official documents.
· Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
· Maintain confidential records and sensitive information.
· Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion of assignments.
Administrative Support:
· Maintain office files and records.
· Support HR and administration activities when required.
· Assist in event coordination and internal communication.
· Perform general administrative and office management duties.
