*Job Title: Picker Packer | Warehouse & E-commerce Fulfillment Jobs 2026*
*About the Role:*
We’re hiring energetic Picker Packers for fast-growing warehouses and e-commerce fulfillment centers. If you enjoy hands-on work, targets, and being part of a team that keeps orders moving, this is for you. You’ll be the key link between inventory and customer doorstep delivery.
*What You’ll Do:*
1. *Order Picking* - Use pick lists + handheld scanners to locate products in the warehouse quickly and accurately
2. *Packing & Shipping* - Pack items safely with right materials so they reach customers damage-free
3. *Quality Check* - Verify SKUs, count, and product condition before sealing each order
4. *Labeling* - Apply shipping labels, barcodes, and packing slips as per company SOP
5. *Stock Support* - Flag low inventory, damaged stock, and mismatches to the warehouse lead
6. *Safety First* - Follow 5S, PPE, and warehouse safety guidelines daily
*Who Should Apply:*
- 10th/12th pass or any graduate - freshers welcome
- Physically fit for lifting 15-25kg and standing/walking shifts
- Basic English + numbers for counting and scanning
- Fast learner with scanner/WMS tools - training provided
- Ready for rotational shifts including night shift
