*Job Summary*

A Picker Packer is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment in a warehouse or distribution center. The role requires attention to detail, speed, and adherence to safety and quality standards to ensure on-time and error-free deliveries.

*Key Responsibilities*

1. *Order Picking:*

- Locate and pick items from warehouse shelves, bins, or pallets using pick lists, RF scanners, or WMS systems.

- Verify item SKU, quantity, and condition before picking.

2. *Packing & Labeling:*

- Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.

- Apply shipping labels, barcodes, and documentation accurately.

- Ensure packages meet weight, size, and shipping carrier requirements.

3. *Inventory & Quality Control:*

- Conduct basic stock checks and report discrepancies, damages, or low inventory.

- Maintain product integrity by following FIFO/FEFO practices.

4. *Warehouse Operations:*

- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with 5S and safety standards.

- Operate material handling equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks safely, if required.

- Meet daily productivity and accuracy KPIs set by the supervisor.

*Requirements*

- *Education:* 10th/12th pass. Higher qualification is a plus.

- *Experience:* 0-2 years in warehouse, e-commerce, or logistics preferred. Freshers can apply.

- *Skills:*

- Basic reading, writing, and math skills for order verification.

- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift up to 15-20 kg, and work in shifts.

- Attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure.

- Familiarity with barcode scanners/RF devices is an advantage.

*Work Conditions*

- Shift-based role, including night shifts and weekends as required.

- Work in warehouse environments with varying temperatures.

- PPE usage is mandatory.

*Key KPIs*

- Order picking accuracy: ≥99.5%

- Orders picked per hour

- Packing damage rate: <0.5%

- On-time order dispatch
