Job Description
The Vehicle Procurement Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and acquiring vehicles to meet the company’s operational needs. This role involves vendor management, cost analysis, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Sourcing & Acquisition: Identify and procure vehicles based on company requirements, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Vendor Negotiation: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing, and secure favorable terms.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all purchases comply with regulatory standards and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Fleet Management Coordination: Work closely with operations teams to align vehicle acquisitions with business needs.
- Budget Management: Track procurement expenses and optimize cost efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in vehicle procurement or fleet management.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of automotive market trends and pricing strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement software.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
