Job Description – Production Manager
Company: LOADMATE Industries Pvt Ltd
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Key Responsibilities:Ensure timely production and dispatch of materials as per the requirements of all departments.
- Monitor and improve the performance and productivity of subordinates and production staff.
- Minimize material wastage and production losses through effective planning and supervision.
- Maximize production efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure proper safety practices for workers, machinery, and resources.
- Maintain compliance with statutory regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with different departments to achieve smooth production operations.
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure targets are achieved within timelines.
- Maintain discipline, proper documentation, and operational reporting within the production department.
