Job Description

We are looking for a purchase executive to handle purchase activities related to pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products.


Key Responsibilities :

-Find and coordinate with suppliers/ manufactures through platforms like indiamart.

-Manage purchase requirements shared by the sales/business development team third-party manufacturing and pcd.

-Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs).

-Collect quotations, compare, pricing, and finalize suppliers.

-Maintain and updated purchase records in excel.

-Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation.


Qualification & Skills :

-Graduate in any field ( Commerce/ Science/ Pharma preferred ).

-Basic knowledge of computers and ms excel.

-Good communication and negotiation skills.

-Organized, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate with multiple suppliers.

-0-1 years of experience ( Pharma experience preferred ).
