Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Jewelry Quality Control & Production Manager to oversee product quality, coordinate production, analyze jewelry trends, and support the development of presentations and product catalogues.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of jewelry manufacturing, excellent aesthetic judgment, and the ability to manage multiple products and deadlines. Experience with jewelry CAD is welcome but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the jewelry production process from sampling through final delivery.
• Coordinate with designers, artisans, manufacturers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor production schedules, follow up on pending work, and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Conduct quality checks at different stages of production.
• Inspect finished jewelry for workmanship, finishing, measurements, stone setting, polish, plating, functionality, and consistency with approved designs.
• Identify defects, maintain quality-control records, and coordinate corrections or rework.
• Ensure products meet approved specifications, brand standards, and customer requirements.
• Research jewelry, fashion, color, material, and consumer trends.
• Prepare regular trend-analysis reports and recommend relevant product ideas.
• Assist with product selection, collection planning, and new product development.
• Create professional PowerPoint presentations for collections, trend reports, product proposals, and internal reviews.
• Design and update product catalogues, line sheets, and collection presentations using Canva.
• Organize product information, images, specifications, pricing, and collection data.
• Support jewelry CAD development or coordinate with CAD designers when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in jewelry production, quality control, merchandising, product development, or a related role.
• Good understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes, materials, finishing, and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify production and finishing defects.
• Ability to manage production timelines and coordinate with multiple vendors or team members.
• Strong visual sense and interest in jewelry, fashion, and market trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Canva and catalogue or presentation design.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred, but not required

• Jewelry CAD-making or CAD-review capabilities.
• Experience with software such as Rhino, MatrixGold, ZBrush, JewelCAD, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of gemstones, diamonds, precious metals, plating, and jewelry costing.
• Experience in product photography coordination, image selection, or catalogue development.
• Familiarity with Excel or production-tracking systems.
