Job Title: Receptionist / Front Desk Executive
Experience: 1–4 Years

Job Summary:
We are looking for a well-presented and professional Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to manage front office operations, handle guest interactions, and ensure smooth communication within the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a polite demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management:
- Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Maintain a positive and professional front office environment
- Guest Handling:
- Assist visitors with their queries and direct them to the appropriate department/person
- Ensure proper coordination for meeting rooms and guest arrangements
- Communication Handling:
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls efficiently
- Handle telephonic inquiries and route calls to relevant departments
- Take and relay accurate messages
- Visitor Management:
- Maintain daily visitor records and entry logs
- Ensure proper visitor check-in and check-out process
- Courier & Documentation:
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers
- Maintain courier records and dispatch logs
- Coordinate with courier vendors as required
- Administrative Support:
- Assist in basic administrative tasks and office coordination
- Maintain front desk registers, files, and documentation
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of reception area
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong telephonic etiquette
- Presentable personality with a professional attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Qualifications:
- 10th pass or 12th pass can also apply
- Relevant experience in front desk / receptionist role preferred
