Job Title: Relationship Manager (Fresher)

Department: Bancassurance / Sales

Location: Branch-based (Bandhan Bank tie-up)

Job Purpose:

To build and manage strong relationships with Bandhan Bank branch staff and customers, drive insurance sales, and ensure high customer satisfaction through effective service and advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with Bandhan Bank branch managers and staff

Generate leads from the bank’s existing customer base

Promote and sell life insurance products to customers

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

Conduct joint sales calls and customer meetings with bank staff

Provide product training and support to bank employees

Ensure proper documentation and smooth policy issuance

Maintain persistency and customer retention

Deliver excellent after-sales service to clients

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate (any stream)

Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in sales preferred

Basic knowledge of banking/insurance is an advantage

Bank branch engagement level
