Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Field Sales Officer to expand market presence and increase sales performance in assigned territories. The candidate will be responsible for handling distributor and dealer networks, generating primary and secondary sales, taking regular market orders, visiting retail shops, and ensuring strong product visibility in the market.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term business relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit retail shops, wholesalers, distributors, and dealers on a regular basis.
Generate and increase primary and secondary sales in assigned territory.
Take daily market orders from distributors, dealers, and retailers.
Appoint new distributors, dealers, and retail outlets to expand business coverage.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets assigned by management.
Develop strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising in the market.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Increase product placement and brand awareness in local markets.
Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse teams for timely delivery of products.
Follow up for outstanding payments and maintain healthy business relations.
Prepare daily sales reports, market visit reports, and collection reports.
Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities.
Ensure proper implementation of company sales schemes and promotional activities.
