Sales and Marketing Executive

We are a dynamic event management company specializing in corporate events, exhibitions, concerts, premium cultural events, award shows, brand activations, and large-scale entertainment experiences. We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Sales Executive to grow our client base and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire new clients for events, sponsorships, and brand activations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and brands.
• Pitch event concepts, sponsorship proposals, and customized event solutions.
• Coordinate with the production and creative team to understand client requirements.
• Prepare quotations, presentations, and sales reports.
• Follow up with potential clients and close deals effectively.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Attend networking events, meetings, and industry gatherings for business development.
• Maintain database of clients and prospects.
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or event industry preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good presentation and client-handling abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of corporate events, sponsorships, and branding is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.
