Job Description

HVAC or technical background preferred

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented AMC Sales Executive for our AC sales and service business. The candidate will be responsible for selling Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for residential, commercial, and industrial air conditioning systems, generating new business, and maintaining strong customer relationships

Generate new AMC business for Split AC, Cassette AC, Ductable AC, VRV/VRF systems, etc.

Follow up with existing customers for AMC renewal.

Visit clients and explain AMC packages and service benefits.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.

Maintain customer database and renewal records.

Coordinate with service team for smooth execution of maintenance work.

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Handle payment follow-up and collection.

Develop relationships with builders, offices, shops, industries, and corporate clients.

Identify opportunities for spare parts and additional service sales.

Conduct market survey and competitor analysis
