Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Outpost Consultant to represent Club Mahindra at assigned Outpost locations. The role involves interacting with walk-in customers, generating leads, promoting Club Mahindra memberships, and coordinating appointments for the sales team.
- Key Responsibilities
- Engage with walk-in customers and visitors at the assigned Outpost.
- Promote Club Mahindra holiday membership plans and benefits.
- Generate quality leads and maintain lead records.
- Explain membership features, offers, and holiday experiences.
- Schedule appointments for interested prospects with the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure maximum conversions.
- Maintain daily reports of customer interactions and lead generation activities.
- Ensure excellent customer service and brand representation.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and conversion targets.
- Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a positive personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphones.
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
