Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and proactive Service Engineer / Technical Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of technical equipment and machinery. The role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and the willingness to travel to customer locations for service support and maintenance activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, commission, and configure machinery, equipment, and technical systems at customer sites.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure smooth and uninterrupted machine operations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, and system-related faults efficiently.
• Attend customer service calls and provide on-site technical support as required.
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with production, technical, and support teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Conduct routine inspections and performance checks on equipment and machinery.
• Prepare detailed service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation after each service visit.
• Provide technical guidance and basic operational training to customers when required.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and service protocols during installation and maintenance activities.
• Maintain tools, instruments, and spare parts inventory required for service operations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing timely and professional support.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Electrical, Electronics, and Mechanical systems.
• Hands-on experience in installation, servicing, and maintenance of industrial equipment or machinery.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage field service assignments.
• Proficiency in preparing service reports and documentation.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileDiploma / BE / B.Tech graduate in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in technical service, maintenance, or field engineering.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and service assignments.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of handling multiple service requests efficiently.
