🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
  • Explain healthcare products, services, and benefits clearly
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales
  • Maintain customer database and update records regularly
  • Follow up with interested customers and close sales
  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Maintain good customer relationships

  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Good listening ability
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, Excel, etc.)
