Job Description
Job Title: Furniture Sales Manager
Experience: 4+ years in furniture sales only | Background: Architecture / Interior Design graduate
Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Furniture Sales Manager with a degree in Architecture or Interior Design and a pure-play furniture sales track record. Your unique design sensibility combined with deep sales expertise will drive our B2B and luxury retail verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales consultants, setting targets and coaching performance.
- Leverage your design background to consult high-value clients on space planning, material selection, and product customization.
- Collaborate with architects and interior designers to specify our products for residential and commercial projects.
- Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and build a robust project pipeline.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and inventory strategies aligned with seasonal demand.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design.
- Prior experience exclusively in furniture sales (no other retail categories).
- Proven ability to read floor plans, understand ergonomics, and recommend finishes.
- Strong negotiation, CRM, and team leadership skills.
