Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and manage the sales team.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in field sales and business development, and the ability to create and execute sales strategies to increase subscriptions, corporate tie-ups, and overall revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies for customer acquisition
- Generate business from residential societies, corporates, dealerships, and fleet owners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Monitor lead generation, conversions, and sales performance
- Conduct sales meetings, reviews, and performance tracking
- Train and motivate tele sales and field sales executives
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth service execution
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion areas
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Ensure proper CRM usage and lead management by the sales team
- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally
Requirements
- 3–6 years experience in Sales or Business Development
- Experience in managing sales teams
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of sales planning and target management
- Comfortable with CRM systems and reporting tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in service industry, automobile, FMCG, or subscription-based business
- Corporate sales and B2B networking experience
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to close high-value deals and partnerships
