Job Description


Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with franchise prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media leads
  • Explain company profile, franchise model, investment, ROI, and business opportunities
  • Generate and maintain strong lead pipeline
  • Schedule and conduct offline/online meetings with interested prospects
  • Follow up regularly with leads and maintain CRM records
  • Coordinate with management during franchise discussions and documentation
  • Handle complete franchise sales process from inquiry to deal closure
  • Support franchise onboarding and initial coordination after closure
  • Maintain professional communication and company branding standards 


Required Skills

  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Good sales and negotiation abilities
  • Confidence in telecalling and face-to-face meetings
  • Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, and email communication
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines
  • Professional personality and presentation skills
  • Automobile industry knowledge will be an added advantage
