Job Description
Designation : Business development Manager ( BDM )
- Responsible for recruiting and managing agents to drive sales through the agency channel.
- Provide training, motivation, and support to ensure performance targets are met.
- Monitor agent productivity and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Build strong relationships to promote long-term business growth.
Candidate Profile :
- Must be Graduate.
- Must have 2+ year of experience in any field sales.
- Age Criteria:- 22 to 32.
- insurance candidate preference.
- BFSI candidates will also be given preference.
