About the Role EasySkill Career Academy is hiring experienced Digital Marketing Trainers for its Adajan, Vesu and Bhestan centres.

We need practical digital-marketing professionals who can train students using live tools, campaigns, assignments and real business examples.

This is not a theory-only teaching role. Candidates must have hands-on experience in digital-marketing execution and should be able to demonstrate tools during the selection process.

• Main ResponsibilitiesConduct practical digital-marketing classes.
• Train students through live demonstrations and projects.
• Teach Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, social media and analytics.
• Create lesson plans, assignments, assessments and projects.
• Check student work and provide structured feedback.
• Help students build job-ready portfolios and case studies.
• Prepare students for jobs, internships and freelancing.
• Track attendance, assignments and student progress.
• Record selected lessons for EasySkill’s LMS.
• Update training content according to industry changes.
• Support weak students through improvement plans.
• Coordinate with academic and placement teams.
• Participate in faculty training and quality audits.

• Mandatory RequirementsMinimum two years of practical digital-marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Ability to conduct live tool demonstrations.
• Good communication and presentation ability.
• Ability to explain concepts to beginners.
• Willingness to conduct practical assignments and assessments.
• Comfortable working from an EasySkill centre in Surat.
• Available to join immediately or within 15 days.
• Willing to complete a practical test and teaching demo.

Preferred CandidatesPreference will be given to candidates who have:

• Managed paid advertising budgets independently.
• Worked in an agency, EdTech, D2C or lead-generation company.
• Previous training, mentoring or team-leading experience.
• Practical knowledge of GA4, GTM and conversion tracking.
• Created digital-marketing courses or LMS content.
• Trained students for employment or freelancing.
• Measurable campaign results or case studies.

Strong digital-marketing professionals without formal teaching experience may also apply if they have mentoring ability and practical expertise.
