Objective

To build and manage the brand’s online presence by creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and driving traffic and awareness for the company’s jewellery products and Etsy store.

Key Activities

Manage and update the company’s social media accounts. Create and post content related to jewellery products such as rings, bracelets, and necklaces. Develop and maintain a social media content calendar. Create reels, stories, and promotional posts to increase engagement. Respond to customer comments, messages, and inquiries on social platforms. Monitor social media trends and competitor activity. Track engagement metrics such as likes, shares, comments, and follower growth.

Coordinate with the design and e-commerce teams for product promotions. Promote new product launches and offers through social media campaigns. Drive traffic from social media to the Etsy store.

Key Skills Required

Knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok. Ability to create engaging content, including posts, reels, and stories. Basic knowledge of social media marketing and brand building. Skills in content planning and social media calendar management. Ability to analyze social media insights and engagement metrics. Knowledge of jewellery trends and visual presentation. Basic skills in graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools. Strong communication and creativity skills. Understanding of audience engagement and community management. Ability to drive traffic from social media to the Etsy store.

Qualification Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, or related field.

Experience Required

1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
