Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to lead daily retail operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in jewellery or luxury retail, and the ability to manage store operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the showroom
• Drive sales targets and maximize store profitability
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships
• Handle inventory management, stock audits, and product display standards
• Monitor billing, cash handling, and store reporting processes
• Ensure store visual merchandising aligns with brand standards
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Coordinate with management for promotions, events, and marketing activities
• Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, security, and discipline

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in jewellery or luxury retail
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Good understanding of inventory and retail operations
• Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and retail billing software is preferred

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month
