Key Responsibilities (Textile Machinery)

• Warehouse Management Organize and maintain the warehouse in a systematic, clean, and accessible manner.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of all materials and parts.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies timely.
• China Purchase Coordination Coordinate with China suppliers for machine and parts purchases.
• Follow up with China teams for order updates and shipment planning.
• Manage discussions related to complaints, shortages, or defects from China suppliers.
• Local Sales Support Assist in preparing and dispatching local sales orders.
• Maintain records of material movement and local delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth order fulfillment.
• Complaints & Issue Handling Handle China-related complaints and ensure timely resolution through proper coordination.
• Report short shipments, damages, or missing parts along with proper documentation.
• Parts Follow-Up Follow up with China suppliers for pending or urgent spare parts.
• Track incoming shipments and update records accordingly.
• Customer Support & Logistics Coordinate for customer’s extra parts pickup and delivery.
• Maintain tally/records of extra parts provided to customers.
• Ensure accurate documentation and customer acknowledgement.
• Payment Follow-Up Follow up with customers for pending payments as instructed by management.
• Maintain a list of outstanding payments and update the accounts team.
