Job Description

Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Adajan, Surat

Experience: 0 - 2+ Years in Technical (Non-IT) Recruitment


Qualification: Any Graduate

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month (No bar for the right candidate)


We are seeking a recruitment professional with hands-on experience in technical hiring across industries such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Oil & Gas, Offshore, Onshore, and Civil etc.


The ideal candidate should have:

• Strong screening and shortlisting capabilities

• Experience in bulk and mass hiring

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Knowledge of modern recruitment trends and sourcing methods
