Tally Trainer

Job Title: Tally Trainer

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Shift Timings:

• Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Teach Tally Prime and basic accounting concepts to students.
• Provide practical training on Tally software.
• Explain accounting entries, vouchers, ledgers, inventory, and GST basics.
• Conduct practical sessions and guide students during assignments.
• Clear students' doubts and support their learning progress.
• Prepare training materials and practical exercises.
• Monitor students' performance and provide feedback.
• Maintain a positive and professional classroom environment.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9.
• Good understanding of accounting principles.
• Knowledge of GST and practical accounting preferred.
• Good communication and teaching skills.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Patience and confidence while training students.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Eligibility:

• Candidates with Tally teaching or practical accounting experience preferred.
• Freshers with strong Tally knowledge and good communication skills may apply.
• Commerce background preferred.
