Nikunj Enterprise is a fast-growing organization managing multiple premium brands — Vedik Revival (Hair & Skin Care), Aaram Oil (Pain Relief), and Fivini (Cosmetic Care).

We specialize in Ayurvedic and modern wellness products, sold across India through online and telesales channels.

We’re expanding our sales team and looking for energetic telesales executives who can communicate confidently and convert leads into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Call potential customers from daily leads generated through ads and campaigns.

• Explain product details (Hair Oil, Hair Serum, Skin Brightening Cream, Pain Oil, etc.) clearly and persuasively.

• Build trust with customers and handle queries with patience and clarity.

• Collect complete and accurate order details (Name, Address, Mobile, City, PIN, Landmark, etc.).

• Maintain records in Google Sheets or CRM (Converted, Interested, Not Interested, Follow-up, etc.).

• Follow up on pending leads and convert them into confirmed orders.

• Achieve daily call and monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with the operations team to reduce RTO and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

• Strong communication in Gujarati & Hindi (Basic English is a plus)

• Target-driven, confident, and energetic personality

• Prior telesales / telecalling experience preferred

• Basic computer skills (Google Sheets / Excel / CRM)

🕒 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

📅 Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)

Salary & Incentives

💰 Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

💸 Performance Incentives: Up to ₹25,000 per month

🏆 Top Performers Earn ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 Total Monthly Income
