Job Description

Payment Collection & Accounts Coordinator for our textile business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customers se payment follow-up karna (Call / WhatsApp)
  • Outstanding payments ka daily tracking aur update maintain karna
  • Pending payments ke liye regular follow-up aur commitment tracking
  • Daily / weekly collection reports banana
  • Receipt entry aur basic accounting work handle karna
  • Party ledger check karna aur reconciliation karna
  • Payment related queries aur issues resolve karna
  • Sales aur Accounts team ke saath coordination karna

Requirements:

  • Basic accounting knowledge (Debit/Credit, Ledger)
  • Telecalling ya follow-up experience preferred
  • MS Excel basic knowledge
  • Good communication skills (Hindi required)
  • Responsible aur follow-up mindset hona chahiye

Experience:

0–3 years (Freshers with accounting knowledge can also apply)
