Reporting To:CRM Manager / Branch Manager
Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller – CRM & Patient Feedback Executive to strengthen patient relationships and enhance overall patient satisfaction. The role involves contacting patients after their treatment, collecting feedback, resolving concerns, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Feedback ManagementCall patients after treatment or consultation to collect feedback.
- Understand patient satisfaction levels and document responses.
- Identify and escalate patient complaints or concerns to the concerned department.
- Ensure timely follow-up on unresolved patient issues.
- CRM ActivitiesMaintain accurate patient records in the CRM system.
- Update patient interactions, feedback, and follow-up details.
- Track patient engagement and retention activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Follow-up & Relationship BuildingConduct follow-up calls for treatment progress and patient satisfaction.
- Remind patients about upcoming appointments, reviews, and follow-ups.
- Reconnect with inactive patients and encourage clinic visits.
- Build long-term relationships with patients through professional communication.
- Reporting & DocumentationPrepare daily call reports and feedback summaries.
- Maintain records of complaints, suggestions, and resolutions.
- Submit weekly and monthly CRM performance reports.
