Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller Executive to support advisor recruitment and business growth. The role involves calling potential candidates, onboarding new insurance advisors, and ensuring their continuous engagement through training and motivation.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential candidates for advisor recruitment.
• Explain the benefits of becoming an insurance advisor with Turtlemint.
• Assist in the onboarding process and guide new advisors step-by-step.
• Provide basic training and product knowledge to newly recruited advisors.
• Motivate and support advisors to achieve their sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure advisor activation and productivity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, recruitment status, and advisor performance.
• Key Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or recruitment (insurance background is an advantage).
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of insurance products (preferred).
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
