Job Description

Position: Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Provide customers with updates on new product launches, offers, and stock availability.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Generate sales orders over the phone and follow up until order confirmation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders.
  • Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for smooth order processing.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
