Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive for our saree business. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating sales, maintaining client relationships, and promoting saree products to retailers, wholesalers, and customers.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Promote sarees and textile products to retailers and customers.
  • Generate sales inquiries and convert leads into orders.
  • Maintain customer database and follow-up records.
  • Handle customer queries regarding products, pricing, and orders.
  • Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams for order processing.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Provide regular sales updates and reports to management.
