Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities:Connect with customers who have visited the company website but have not completed a purchase
  • Understand customer concerns and provide proper guidance regarding products/services
  • Follow up with interested leads through calls and messages
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order-related queries
  • Maintain proper customer interaction records and follow-up updates
  • Coordinate with the operations team for smooth customer support handling
  • Build positive customer relationships and improve conversion rates
  • Requirements:Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
  • Comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM/data entry understanding
  • Positive attitude and customer handling skills
  • Fresher and experienced both can apply
  • Telecalling, customer support, or sales support experience will be an added advantage
