Job Description



1. Make outbound calls to Potential or existiing customers to inform them about products, services or promotions.

2. Handle inbound inquiries from interested customers.

3. Persuade and negotiate with customers to close sales and meet targets.

4. Maintain accurate records of customers interactions and sales activities in CRM software.

5. Build and maintain strong, long term customer relationships.

6. Follow up with customers for repeated busniess and referrals.
