Job Overview

Experience: 1 to 3 years in Telesales / B2B Inside Sales / Channel Onboarding (Experience in building materials, plywood, hardware, paints, or laminates is a major plus)
Salary: ₹16,000 - ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Performance-Linked Incentives
Job Type: Full-time (Immediate Joining)
Your Role (How you will impact our growth):
- B2B Retailer Outreach:
Reach out to B2B building material retailers, premium showroom owners, and wholesalers across major Indian markets.
- Channel Appointment:
Pitch our unique product portfolio to establish new trade partnerships, dealer networks, and wholesale accounts.
- Lead Nurturing & Dispatch:
Share visual digital catalogues, dispatch product samples to interested retailers, and follow up to secure their first trade orders.
- Pipeline Management:
Maintain daily outreach reports, follow up on warm wholesale leads, and consistently onboard new billing partners.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Communication Champions:
You should speak with confidence, clarity, and authority over the phone. (additional regional languages are a massive plus).
- Experience:
6 months to 2 years in outbound B2B sales, inside sales, dealer onboarding, or wholesale tele-calling. (Experience in real estate, hardware, building materials, or corporate distribution is a huge asset).
- The Hustle Mindset:
You understand trade sales, know how to handle retail objections, and are highly motivated by closing bulk commercial deals.
